  1. Elderberry - has been used for hundreds of years for their health benefits. The high number of antioxidants in the berries may contribute to its ability to fight the flu, support the immune system and relieve colds.
  2. Echinacea – has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antiviral properties and is an immune-strengthening agent. It fights the flu, helps control blood-sugar level, and aids healthy cell growth.
  3. Rosehip - contains antioxidants and healthy fatty acids that can contribute to healthy skin, inflammation management, and better overall well-being.
  4. Star Anise - is used to treat respiratory infections, nausea, constipation and other digestive issues.
  5. Hibiscus - has long been known for its antibacterial, antioxidant and antihypertensive properties.
  6. Turmeric - The active ingredient in turmeric is curcumin, found in the roots and bulbs of the plant. Scientists believe curcumin may have a very significant potential effect against a variety of malignant diseases, diabetes, allergies, arthritis, and other chronic conditions.

Empty entire contents of 10x Immune Booster Syrup Kit into 7 cups of water in saucepan and heat on medium until the mixture starts to boil. 

Reduce heat to simmer and cover. Simmer for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and allow it to cool for 10-15 minutes.  Pour the liquid through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a glass bowl.  Use the back of a spoon or squeeze mixture to extract all remaining juice. Discard the herbs and berries.

Add ½ cup to 1 cup of local honey to the juice (or to taste preference). Package in glass jar with lid, refrigerate, and enjoy! Each kit yields around 32 oz. of wellness syrup.

*Not recommended for children under 2 years old.

Kids over 2 years old: 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp once a day. For adults, take 1 tablespoon twice a day to boost immunity. At the first sign of illness or to treat sicknesses such as the cold, flu, bronchitis, fever and coughs, take 1 tablespoon every 4-6 hours until symptoms are gone.
